IB Operations - Trade & Processing Specialist

We’re looking for a Trade & Processing Specialist (EE) to help us:

• Process and monitor end-to-end trade lifecycle activities, including booking, confirmation, and settlement
• Investigate and resolve trade breaks, exceptions, and reconciliation discrepancies to support timely settlement
• Maintain accurate reference and static data to support reliable processing and data integrity
• Partner with front office, operations, and technology teams to address issues and improve trade processing outcomes
• Perform root-cause analysis and drive sustainable fixes that improve process efficiency and operational stability
• Follow operational controls, procedures, and risk standards to deliver high-quality service and support compliance
