IT Substitutes may provide support in either a Network Technician or Help Desk Technician capacity, assisting with computers, devices, software, network connectivity, troubleshooting, and day-to-day technology needs. We are looking for dependable, customer-service-oriented individuals with strong problem-solving and communication skills who can provide timely technical support and help maintain a reliable technology environment across the District.

Requirements
