HR Specialist (Tamheer)

Job Summary

We are looking for an HR Specialist through the Tamheer Program to support employee onboarding, hiring documentation, and daily HR activities.

Key Responsibilities

Onboarding & Employee Documentation Coordinate the onboarding process for new employees. Collect and review hiring documents to ensure they are complete, accurate, and valid. Follow up with new employees to obtain missing or updated documents. Coordinate with the IT team to ensure laptops and other required assets are prepared and handed over to new employees.

Maintain organized and up-to-date employee files and records. HR Operations Support Assist with daily HR operations and administrative tasks. Support employee records management and HR documentation. Assist with other HR activities as needed. Talent Acquisition Support Assist with candidate screening, and interview coordination.

Support recruitment activities and follow up with candidates when needed.

Requirements

Saudi national. Eligible for the Tamheer Program. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Good communication and organizational skills.
