Salesforce Developer who is aspiring to grow into a Technical Lead role and has strong hands-on experience in Salesforce development and implementation.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, test, and deploy Salesforce applications. Develop Apex Classes, Triggers, Batch Apex, Queueable and Future methods. Build Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Aura Components. Work with SOQL/SOSL and Salesforce data models. Configure custom objects, fields, validation rules, workflows and Flows. Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.

Follow Salesforce coding standards, best practices and governor limits. Troubleshoot production issues and optimize application performance. Conduct code reviews and maintain quality standards. Collaborate with business analysts, stakeholders and cross-functional teams. Provide technical guidance and mentor junior developers.

Prepare technical documentation and effort estimations. Required Technical Skills Strong Salesforce development experience. Apex, LWC, Triggers and asynchronous processing. Sales Cloud experience. Experience Cloud experience. Health Cloud experience. Salesforce security model: Profiles, Roles, Permission Sets, Sharing Rules, OWD and Field-Level Security.

REST/SOAP API integrations. Data migration, ETL and bulk data handling. OAuth and SSO. Agile/Scrum development experience. CI/CD and release management knowledge. Good to Have Conga Composer and document automation. Git. Copado / Salesforce DevOps tools. Platform Developer II certification. Healthcare compliance/interoperability knowledge such as HIPAA, HL7 and FHIR.

Experience integrating Health Cloud with EHR/EMR, Utilization and Care Management platforms. Certification Mandatory: Salesforce Platform Developer I Preferred: Salesforce Platform Developer II
