Director of Residential Services

The Director of Residential Services provides strategic and operational leadership for residential programs serving individuals with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (IDD) and Acquired/Traumatic Brain Injuries (ABI/TBI). Reporting directly to the Vice President of Residential Services, the Director is responsible for the overall quality, compliance, staffing, fiscal performance, and service outcomes of approximately 34 residential locations.

This position serves as a key member of the agency's leadership team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, person-centered services while promoting operational excellence, regulatory compliance, staff development, and continuous quality improvement.
