We are looking for a Home Health Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to join our team and help our patients remain comfortable, at home!

This is a great opportunity for a PTA with home health experience who loves the life-changing impact your work has on your patients!

What You'll Do:**

• Provide skilled treatment under the direction of a Physical Therapist.

• Assist patients with strength, mobility, balance, gait, and functional activities.

• Monitor progress and communicate with the supervising therapist.

• Educate patients, families, and caregivers.

• Complete required documentation and collaborate with the care team.

Qualifications:**

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.

• Current PTA license or eligibility for licensure in the state of practice.

• Home Health care experience preferred but not required.

• Valid Driver's License and Automobile Insurance.
