ALL4CHEFS We are hiring Asian Specialty Chef – 5-Star Alpine Resort, Swiss Alps Location: Valais Alps, Switzerland Venue: Teppanyaki and sushi restaurant in a 5-star mountain hotel Role: Asian Specialty Chef, winter season (4-month contract) Start: Winter season 2026/27 Responsibilities Prepare sushi, sashimi and nigiri Support the teppanyaki and hot Asian kitchen Mise en place, fish handling and stock control Keep 5-star hygiene and presentation standards Requirements Experience in sushi and Japanese/Asian cuisine, ideally in hotels or fine dining Precise knife and rice skills Fluent English EU passport or permanent EU residence required Salary & benefits Staff housing available (rent applies).
