ALL4CHEFS We are hiring Omakase Sushi Chef – Amsterdam Location: Amsterdam, Netherlands Venue: Small group of Japanese omakase and kappou counters Role: Sushi Chef, full or part time Start: As soon as possible Responsibilities Serve omakase at the counter, rotating between the group's counters Prepare nigiri, sashimi and seasonal Japanese dishes Fish preparation, ageing and rice preparation Speak with guests at the counter Requirements Experience as a sushi chef, omakase or counter experience preferred Excellent nigiri and fish-handling skills Fluent English EU passport or permanent EU residence required (no visa sponsorship or housing) Salary & benefits €3,000–4,200 net per month, plus tips.
