Job description
This role leads strategic consulting projects within the healthcare and life sciences space, working with senior stakeholders across the sector. The position drives project delivery, guides multidisciplinary teams, and contributes to shaping solutions that support organizational performance, innovation, and improved outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end strategic and operational engagements across the healthcare and life sciences value chain. Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders while translating complex challenges into clear, actionable recommendations. Manage, mentor, and develop team members to support high-quality delivery. Contribute to business development through proposals, insights, and sector-focused initiatives.
Support internal practice growth through knowledge development, internal initiatives, and broader firm contributions.
Qualifications
Several years of experience in consulting or relevant healthcare/life sciences roles. Strong understanding of the local healthcare environment and its commercial, scientific, or regulatory dynamics. Proven ability to lead complex projects and engage senior leaders effectively. Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving capability.
Fluency in Japanese and business-level English. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-driven environment.
