Assistant Manager - Business Excellence

Support Business Excellence Manager on customer implementation in regional/global capacity for freight forwarding solution, including air, sea, road and rail freight Ensure a total operation and system solution mapped with cross-functional teams (Operations, IT, legal etc.) to exceed internal stakeholders and customer expectations Translate customer requirements from Asia countries into SOPs that can be effectively executed Conduct trainings to operations and external parties on SOPs, as well as guidance on EDI/e.

Solutions systems for compliance Lead customer global EDI/API integration Provide business requirements to ITS to facilitate customer EDI/API integration and, co-ordinate with IT, operations and customer for SIT, UAT, bugs fixing, deployment and, post-deployment hyper-caring. Collaborate with IT teams during solution design, development, testing, and deployment to ensure solutions align with business objectives and operational processes.

Challenge and validate business requirements by considering operational feasibility, system limitations, customer expectations Before EDI/API process stabilize, trouble-shoot to identify if it’s operations or IT issue, divert to the party concerned to drive corrective and preventive actions to improve integration stability.

Evaluate and prioritize change requests by assessing business value, operational impact, implementation effort, and project risks Engage, manage and track status of project activities, change request, deliverables and resources availability with timely risk pre-alert Post-implementation support to regulate the operations and system processes are robust before handover to account owner Lead Asia regional initiatives of process improvement for deployment in countries and the region
