Job Description / Essential Elements To assist a certificated teacher in the instruction and supervision of individual or groups of special education students by performing a variety of instructional support and child care activities. This job class provides a variety of responsible instructional support and follow through activities for the educational/training objectives of certificated personnel in a wide variety of special services areas.

Requirements

/ Qualifications Must posses a High School Diploma and AA or higher degree, or 48 plus units of college work, or have passed The Every Student Succeeds Act. (Formerly NCLB), or the Instructional Assistant Proficiency Exam. Please be sure to upload supporting documents to show proof of degree or college work. These documents are needed prior to fingerprinting.
