Inside Sales Representative

Job Type: Full time Pay: $17/hr + commission Schedule: 6:30am-3:30pm Location: Tucson, Arizona (On-site) Key Responsibilities: Proactively reach out to potential clients via phone calls, emails, and other communication channels Identify and qualify sales opportunities Build and maintain strong client relationships Negotiate Pricing, terms, and contracts with clients Meet or exceed sales targets and quotas Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions Deliver sales pitches and presentations that showcase the benefits of our services Requirements: Previous experience in sales or customer service Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools High school diploma or equivalent Benefits 401k Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Disability Insurance Health Insurance Life Insurance Paid Sick time Paid time off Paid training Referral program Opportunities for advancement
