Warehouse Supervisor

We are seeking a reliable and experienced Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations, preferably with a background in hardware, construction supplies, or building materials. The role ensures efficient inventory management, proper storage, and timely dispatch of goods.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse activities, including receiving, storing, and dispatching items Monitor inventory levels and ensure accuracy of stock records Implement proper handling and storage procedures, especially for hardware materials Conduct regular inventory audits and reconcile discrepancies Ensure timely preparation and delivery of orders Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety standards within the warehouse Train, guide, and evaluate warehouse staff Coordinate with procurement and logistics teams for smooth operations Prepare reports on warehouse performance and inventory status Requirements Qualifications: At least college level or graduate of any related course Proven experience as a Warehouse Supervisor or similar role Experience in hardware, construction supplies, or building materials is an advantage Strong leadership and organizational skills Knowledge of inventory management systems and warehouse procedures Good communication and problem-solving skills Willing to work on-site and handle physical tasks when needed
