Event Staff / General Labor – Weekend Work ($15/hr) Location: Alma, AR & Fort Smith, AR Company: Bounce Arounds Job Type: Temporary / Weekend Job Description Bounce Arounds is looking for dependable and hardworking event staff to assist with family-friendly events this weekend. We need heavy lifters and individuals with strong customer service skills who enjoy working in a fun, fast-paced environment.

This is a great opportunity for someone who likes hands-on work, helping others, and being part of community events. Event Details Friday, 10/31 – Alma, AR: 5:00 PM – 9:00 PM Saturday, 11/01 – Fort Smith, AR: 12:00 PM – 4:00 PM Sunday, 11/02 – Fort Smith, AR: 12:00 PM – 5:00 PM (7 workers needed) Pay $15 per hour Paid weekly Responsibilities Assist with event setup and tear-down Lift and move inflatables and equipment (50+ lbs) Provide excellent customer service to families and children Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area Follow all safety and company procedures Qualifications Must have a clean background Must be able to pass a drug test Must have verifiable work history within the past year Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds and work outdoors Must be neat in appearance and professional Must have reliable transportation Must be punctual, dependable, and safety-conscious Enjoys working with children and families
