• All Shifts Location: Sturtevant, WI Pay: Up to $30.00/hour depending on experience. Shift Differential: +$1.50/hour for 2nd & 3rd Shift Employment Type: Full-Time Build More Than Products. What You'll Do

Assemble hydraulic motors and components using hand tools, power tools, and torque equipment. Read and follow assembly drawings, bills of material, and work instructions. Inspect, test, and troubleshoot assemblies to ensure quality and performance. Perform rework and resolve assembly-related issues. Support continuous improvement and productivity initiatives.

Assist with training less-experienced team members. Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area.

What We're Looking For

Required High School Diploma or GED. Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills. Experience using hand tools, power tools, and measuring instruments. Ability to read and follow technical drawings and work instructions. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Preferred 3+ years of assembly, manufacturing, machining, maintenance, automotive, military mechanical, or related experience.

Experience with hydraulics, heavy equipment, or industrial manufacturing. Lean Manufacturing or continuous improvement experience. Why Join Poclain?
