What You'll Do

Perform preventive maintenance on production equipment and facility systems. Assist with troubleshooting and repairing mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems. Support CNC machines, assembly equipment, heat treat systems, conveyors, and other manufacturing equipment. Complete work orders and maintenance documentation in CMMS.

Participate in equipment repairs, installations, and continuous improvement projects. Follow all safety procedures, including lockout/tagout requirements.

Qualifications

Required High School Diploma or GED. Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn. Ability to safely use common hand and power tools. Dependable attendance and strong teamwork skills. Preferred 1-3 years of manufacturing, maintenance, automotive, military, farming, or construction experience. Technical training in Industrial Maintenance, Mechatronics, Electrical Maintenance, or a related field.
