Deposit Operations Processor

Forward Bank in Marshfield seeks a detail-oriented individual for a full time Deposit Operations Processor position.

The Deposit Operations Processor handles many day-to-day tasks related to customer deposit accounts, including ACH files, wire transfers, unposted transactions, and account reconciliations.

Key Responsibilities

Provide accurate and timely processing and maintenance of customer records and files Balance and reconcile accounts to the general ledger Research and process daily unposted transactions Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent 1-2 years of related experience in a financial services or office administration role is preferred Demonstrated ability to research and resolve problems and take appropriate action Strong attention to detail and accuracy in transactions Positive attitude with superior interpersonal and teamwork skills Ability to manage time well and adhere to strict deadlines Join our team and help us live our mission…To Move Our Communities FORWARD!
