Temp-Con is seeking an experienced commercial and industrial HVAC professional to help establish and grow a specialized service team focused on large commercial buildings, manufacturing facilities, industrial plants, and mission-critical environments. This position will serve as the senior technical resource and field support for our Service Manager while providing leadership, mentoring, and advanced troubleshooting assistance to our technicians.
