Test Management Role

Location: Bengaluru Work Mode: Hybrid Experience: 6–8 years Shift: 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM Employment: Full Time Budget: Up to ₹24 LPA Interview: 2 Technical Rounds – Video Notice Period: As per requirement Mandatory Skills: Test Management Test Planning & Testing Process SIT Execution, Monitoring & Reporting JIRA Zephyr Scale Defect Management & Triage Excel Reporting Key Responsibilities: Own and coordinate SIT execution, monitoring and reporting for SAP implementation and rollout projects.

Prepare test plans, schedules, entry/exit criteria and test scenarios. Track test execution, coverage, defects, retesting and overall testing readiness. Coordinate with SAP Functional, Development, Integration and peripheral teams across India, Japan and China. Drive defect triage, resolution, retesting, escalation and closure.

Conduct test progress reviews, defect triage meetings and stakeholder discussions. Prepare test status, defect, progress and readiness reports/dashboards. Ensure completion and sign-off of test documentation, evidence and testing deliverables. Work extensively with JIRA, Zephyr Scale and eazyBI for test and defect management.

Use Excel for test/defect tracking, data analysis and customized reporting. Project: SAP HANA Implementation / Sales Co. Rollout for Semiconductor Company Education: BE or equivalent
