About our Clients Our client, a well-established and welcoming day nursery, is seeking a very experienced and passionate Nursery Deputy Manager to join their leadership team. This is a supernumerary role, based in Beckenham, supporting the Manager in running a very large setting. You will need to be doing a similar role or perhaps a manager of a small setting looking to work in a very large setting.

40 Hrs a week, monday to friday salary is depending on experience up to £45k with great benefits Requirements What our Clients are looking for Essential for the Nursery Deputy Manager Role A minimum Level 3 Early Years / Childcare qualification (full and relevant) A minimum 3 years’ experience leading or supporting a team in a nursery or early years setting Has experience of being in a management role, supporting the nursery in the absence of the Manager Strong knowledge of EYFS, Ofsted requirements, and safeguarding practices Support and supervise staff while delivering high-quality care and education across the nursery setting Ensure compliance with policies and procedures within the setting Build positive relationships with children, families, and staff in the nursery setting Ideal Nursery Deputy Manager Candidate Passionate about early years education and children’s development within a nursery setting Confident leader, able to motivate and support staff and contribute to the management team Proactive, flexible, and committed to maintaining high standards across the setting Promotes best practice, ensuring a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment in the nursery supporting the team on a daily basis Apply today to join a nursery setting as Nursery Deputy Manager and make a real difference in children’s early years!
