We are seeking a motivated Litigation Assistant to join our Charleston, SC-based team.

Job Responsibilities

Prepare, review, and assemble all legal documents Communicate with courts, opposing counsel, and other legal support members Track and receive all media, affidavits, and pleadings Enter all applicable information into the firm's case management system Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities) Ability to be detail-oriented, diligent, and flexible Ability to handle conflicting time demands and focus on task completion with little direction or need for supervisory follow-up Proficient with MS Office (Word, Outlook, Excel).

Ability to work with databases and online technological platforms Excellent interpersonal and analytical skills.
