Responsibilities

Operate skid steer to feed materials into the baler Operate and monitor the baler to process recyclable materials Load and move materials using forklift when needed Perform basic maintenance and daily equipment checks Keep work area clean and follow all safety protocols Requirements: Minimum 2 years of verifiable forklift and/or skid steer experience (required) Must be dependable with a solid work history Resume required for review Clean background Must pass a drug screen (THC disqualifies) Ability to lift, bend, and work in a physical environment Preferred: Experience operating a baler (helpful but not required) Prior experience in recycling, production, or heavy equipment environments Schedule: 1st Shift | Monday–Friday Full-time, with some overtime as needed Minimum 2 years of verifiable forklift and/or skid steer experience (required) Must be dependable with a solid work history Resume required for review Clean background Must pass a drug screen (THC disqualifies) Ability to lift, bend, and work in a physical environment
