We are seeking a motivated Residential Team Lead to oversee Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) and help ensure the daily operations of our residential homes run smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

Lead, guide, and support DSP teams in providing quality care. Oversee daily residential operations. Ensure compliance with agency policies, procedures, and Ohio DODD requirements. Promote teamwork and accountability. Communicate effectively with employees, management, and individuals receiving services. Ensure required documentation and operational tasks are completed accurately and timely.

Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience required. High school diploma or GED required. Valid driver's license required. Previous leadership or supervisory experience is a plus. Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Ability to lead a team, manage responsibilities, and maintain compliance standards.
