In this role, you will: Provide hands-on assistance with everyday routines. Help individuals develop life skills and build independence. Promote participation in community activities. Respect individual rights, preferences, and personal choices. Complete required documentation and follow established support guidelines.

Qualifications

What We're Looking For

Applicants must be 18 years or older. Current, valid driver's license. High school diploma or GED. Ability to successfully pass a background check. Previous DSP or caregiving experience is preferred but not necessary. A positive attitude and willingness to learn. No two days are exactly alike! Compensation
