What You'll Do

Provide individualized support with daily activities. Assist with personal care and household routines as needed. Encourage self-advocacy, independence, and decision-making. Help individuals access community resources and experiences. Maintain accurate service records and follow individual service plans.

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements: At least 18 years of age. Valid driver's license. High school diploma or GED. Must pass a required background check. Prior caregiving or direct support experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidates. Strong communication skills and a dependable work ethic.
