Quintairos, Prieto, Wood & Boyer, P.A. (QPWB), the largest minority-owned national law firm in the United States, is seeking motivated law students and recent law school graduates for Law Clerk opportunities within our Nevada practice. We are looking for candidates who are available to start as soon as possible and work throughout the academic year , with opportunities for continued employment based on performance and firm needs.

What You'll Do

Conduct legal research and draft motions, pleadings, memoranda, and other legal documents Assist attorneys with ongoing litigation matters across various practice areas Support discovery, including document review, organization, and preparation Assist with trial preparation, case strategy, and litigation support projects Review case files, analyze legal issues, and prepare case summaries Attend and observe depositions, hearings, mediations, and attorney conferences when applicable Assist with client and witness preparation under attorney supervision Collaborate with attorneys, paralegals, and legal support staff on active matters Who We're Looking For Current law students or recent graduates of an ABA-accredited law school Strong academic credentials and excellent legal research, writing, and analytical skills Demonstrated interest in litigation and gaining hands-on legal experience Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a professional legal environment Availability to begin employment as soon as possible and continue working throughout the academic year Position Details Location: Nevada Start Date: As soon as possible Duration: Year-round opportunity, not limited to summer employment Schedule: Part-time or full-time opportunities based on academic schedules and office needs Work Arrangement: In-office and potential remote opportunities depending on practice group and assignment Compensation: $17–$30 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications What You'll Gain Substantive legal experience working on active litigation matters Mentorship and professional guidance from experienced attorneys Opportunities to strengthen legal research, writing, and litigation skills Exposure to multiple practice areas and stages of litigation Professional development and networking opportunities within a national law firm Potential opportunities for continued employment and future associate attorney positions How to Apply Interested candidates should submit the following materials for consideration: Resume Law school transcript (unofficial accepted) Writing sample Candidates are encouraged to indicate their availability and anticipated graduation date.
