Seeking a Part Time Porter to make sure that buildings are in clean and functioning order for tenants and guests.

Responsibilities

Perform porter duties such as cleaning common areas, maintaining cleanliness and organization, and ensuring a pleasant environment for residents. Follow the new sanitation garbage schedule, including working two night shifts plus Saturday afternoons as required.

Qualifications

Prior experience in porter or maintenance work is preferred. Strong communication skills to effectively interact with residents and management. Ability to work independently and demonstrate reliability in completing assigned tasks. Detail-oriented with a focus on maintaining cleanliness and organization.
