Overview

This is a PRN MRI Technologist opportunity offering premium PRN pay , with an additional shift differential for weekend coverage . Schedule Options: Weekday coverage: Monday or Friday Weekend coverage: Saturday and/or Sunday Shifts are flexible based on availability and department needs. Location Options: Whichever is more convenient for you: Tricom Diagnostic Imaging West Ashley Diagnostic Imaging Responsibilities Perform high‑quality MRI scans efficiently by reviewing patient history, screening for safety, positioning patients, and selecting proper scan parameters.

Prepare and administer contrast agents as allowed by state and federal regulations. Monitor patient condition throughout the procedure and adjust imaging as needed to ensure diagnostic quality. Accurately document all patient, scan, and treatment information and archive images per guidelines. Maintain workflow efficiency, equipment readiness, and adherence to safety standards—including MRI safety, cryogen awareness, and regulatory compliance.

Deliver excellent patient care by providing clear instructions, maintaining confidentiality, and upholding Med. Quest customer service standards. Participate in quality assurance activities and required training. Support team members, share knowledge, and assist with cross‑training or other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Graduate of an accredited radiologic technology program ARRT registered with advanced registry in MRI Must complete required CEU’s in a timely manner to ensure Certification remains active Active state licensure, where applicable CPR Certification is required Prior Experience: 0+ years of experience as a Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) Technologist, required 2+ years of experience as an MRI Technologist, preferred Special Qualifications: IV skills required Knowledge of MRI procedures and standards Demonstrate adequate knowledge of anatomy Skill in operation of MRI equipment Customer service background and focus Company Message About Med.
