Marketing Executive

Our client, a leading CSP in Malta is currently for a Marketing Executive to join their team. In this role, you will be handling a range of marketing, communications and public relations initiatives across the organisation. This is a hybrid role offering a salary of up to €36K . Role & Responsibilities Support the coordination and delivery of marketing, communications, and PR initiatives, including annual marketing plans, campaigns, promotional activities, and business development efforts Create and manage content across social media, the website, email marketing, and advertising campaigns Record and edit video content for social media and digital marketing channels Help manage and optimise the company website, including SEO and user experience improvements Monitor campaign performance and report on the results of marketing and communication activities Carry out market research and competitor analysis across relevant industry sectors Support the consistent application of the company’s brand identity and corporate image Coordinate the production and distribution of marketing and promotional materials Support internal communications and employer branding activities where required Assist with planning and coordinating corporate events, sponsorships, and networking activities Coordinate with external suppliers, agencies, and business partners Maintain marketing databases, content libraries, and digital assets Education, Skills & Experience 3+ years of experience in a similar marketing role Degree, diploma, or equivalent qualification in Marketing or a related field Good understanding of digital marketing, website management, and SEO principles Hands-on experience with WordPress, social media management tools, and MS Office Basic knowledge of graphic design and content creation tools such as Figma or Adobe Creative Suite Fluent in English, with strong writing and editing skills Fluent in Maltese, both written and spoken - non-negotiable Strong communication and interpersonal skills Highly organised with strong attention to detail Proactive and motivated, able to work independently and as part of a team Able to manage multiple priorities and work efficiently to deadlines About the Role Salary up to €36K Hybrid based in Valletta with flexible hours Health insurance Wellness allowance Summer hours On-the-job training provided Excellent career growth prospects Kindly apply with your detailed CV in English.
