Job Details Salary: Competitive base pay plus commission and performance bonuses Job Type: Full-Time Location: Albuquerque, NM Key Responsibilities Greet and assist customers professionally while identifying their service needs accurately. Create detailed repair orders, verify warranty or recall eligibility, and provide clear cost estimates. Communicate effectively with customers about maintenance, repair timelines, and updates. Mentor junior Service Advisors to enhance processes and customer service. Coordinate with technicians and parts staff to ensure timely and efficient repairs. Review vehicle inspections and present additional service recommendations clearly. Resolve escalated customer concerns diplomatically and professionally. Monitor and achieve department goals, including customer satisfaction and service profitability. Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and manufacturer requirements. Support workflow coordination, training, and ongoing process improvements. Working Conditions Fast-paced dealership service environment. Regular interaction with customers, technicians, and parts personnel. Extended periods of standing and walking; occasional driving of vehicles. High school diploma or equivalent; college or technical coursework preferred. Minimum of 3 years experience as a Service Advisor in an automotive dealership. Proven ability to achieve customer satisfaction, service sales, and productivity goals. Strong automotive knowledge with the ability to explain technical information clearly.

Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities efficiently. Proficient with dealership management systems (DMS) and Microsoft Office Suite. Professional appearance and strong commitment to exceptional guest service. Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
