As an appointment setter, you will play an essential role in connecting with prospective customers, generating interest in our home improvement services, and scheduling appointments for our sales representatives. We’re looking for dependable, goal-oriented individuals who are eager to learn, motivated to succeed, and committed to delivering a positive customer experience. This position offers the opportunity to transition to a hybrid work schedule following successful completion of the required training period, subject to performance and attendance expectations.Qualifications: Key Responsibilities Make outbound calls to prospective customers to generate interest and schedule appointments for our sales representatives. Professionally communicate with customers regarding our home improvement services. Build rapport with potential customers through effective communication and active listening. Accurately document customer interactions, appointment details, and relevant information in company systems. Meet established individual and team productivity and performance expectations. Follow company policies, call center procedures, and quality assurance standards. Work collaboratively with team members, supervisors, and management to achieve department goals. Demonstrate professionalism, accountability, and consistency in daily responsibilities. Participate in ongoing coaching, training, and performance development.

Qualifications

& Skills Previous call center experience is preferred but not required. Ideal candidates need to possess: Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Confidence and comfort speaking with customers over the phone. Ability to manage a high volume of outbound calls. Basic computer proficiency and the ability to navigate multiple systems.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment. A positive, professional attitude and strong work ethic. Willingness to accept constructive feedback and apply coaching. Self-motivation and the ability to work independently or within a team. Dependable attendance, punctuality, and flexibility.

Experience in appointment setting, customer service, sales, or outbound call center environments is a plus. Schedule & Availability Open and flexible availability is required, including Saturdays and holidays. Our Call Center operates during the following hours: Monday–Friday: 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM Saturday: 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM Holidays: Availability required based on business needs and operational schedules.

Holiday scheduling will be determined by company operating needs. Scheduling Expectations: Applicants must have open availability to work shifts within established Call Center operating hours. Must be available to work Saturdays and holidays as scheduled. Flexibility with scheduling adjustments based on operational needs is required.

Consistent attendance and punctuality are essential. Work Arrangement – Hybrid Opportunity This position offers a hybrid work arrangement following successful completion of the required training period. Training & Hybrid Eligibility: Initial training is conducted in person. Employees must successfully complete training and demonstrate proficiency in job responsibilities before becoming eligible for a hybrid schedule.

Hybrid eligibility is dependent on satisfactory job performance, attendance, productivity, and adherence to company policies. Employees must remain available for required in-office shifts, meetings, coaching sessions, and additional training. Continued hybrid eligibility is subject to maintaining established performance and attendance standards.

Hybrid work is not guaranteed immediately upon hire and remains subject to business needs and management approval.
