IT Projects (Abu Dhabi) Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE (Onsite – 5 days/week) Employment Type: Full-Time Shift: Day Interview Process: 3 Levels (Video) Notice Period: Immediate to 30 Days About the Role We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead IT projects across traditional Waterfall and Agile (Scrum) methodologies.

The ideal candidate will have strong stakeholder management skills, proven experience in vendor selection/RFP processes, and the ability to deliver projects within scope, timeline, and budget.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, run, monitor, and report projects in Waterfall & Agile methodologies. Align and engage multi-disciplinary IT teams across departments. Develop detailed project plans (scope, timeline, budget, resources, deliverables). Lead RFP processes: requirements documentation, vendor evaluation, contracting. Establish governance/cadence for stakeholder monitoring.

Ensure effective resource utilization and team leadership. Manage stakeholder expectations and provide regular status updates. Track tasks, dependencies, timelines, and milestones. Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies. Drive issue resolution to minimize project impact. Implement quality control processes to meet defined standards.

Monitor project costs and ensure delivery within budget. Manage scope/timeline/cost changes via Project Change Request process. Conduct project reviews to identify improvements.

Qualifications

5+ years of IT project management experience (preferred: 15+ years total with 6+ years PM experience). PMP certification (mandatory). Agile certification (highly desirable). Bachelor’s in Engineering or related field (preferred). Experience managing software development projects (minimum 5 years). Airline industry experience (advantage).

Prior hands-on software engineering background (desirable). Excellent communication skills with strong stakeholder engagement ability.
