Trades Technician II - Carpentry

Job Description This position performs all aspects of carpentry work, including new construction of walls, doors, cabinets, and or demolition or renovation of existing walls, doors, cabinets, etc. Completes painting, roofing, floor coverings, staining, varnishing of materials and buildings, and training of new employees.

Performs locksmith work including repairing old locks, panic bars, and new locking hardware.
