Regional Beverage Manager

Proper Hospitality operates 12 hotels and 27 food and beverage outlets. We're seeking a Regional Beverage Manager to lead beverage programs across a cluster of properties, keeping them well crafted, operationally sound, and commercially successful.

Cluster: Santa Monica Proper, Downtown LA Proper, San Francisco Proper, and Hotel June West LA

Position Overview

• Fully in-person, about five days a week; includes weekends and events as needed
• 60% Santa Monica Proper (at least three days), 40% other cluster properties, with 20 to 30% travel
• Reports to the Director of Food and Beverage, Santa Monica Proper (solid line)
• Dotted line to the Corporate Director of Food and Beverage for portfolio priorities, vendor strategy, and cluster-wide initiatives
