Hotel Manager

The Hotel Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the hotel, ensuring a seamless guest experience, and maintaining the overall efficiency of the property. Reporting directly to the General Manager, the Hotel Manager will lead and support various hotel departments, including Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, and Maintenance.

This role involves managing staff, optimizing operational processes, ensuring high levels of guest satisfaction, and meeting financial and service goals while upholding the hotelís brand standards.
