Support Engineer

About the role

Lumovy Technology Solutions is looking for a proactive and service-oriented Support Engineer to provide weekend support for our Managed Services projects. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to assist users, handle queries, and coordinate with relevant teams to ensure smooth project operations.

Essential Functions

Monitor and manage support requests, ensuring timely responses and follow-ups. Respond to user queries and assist in resolving reported issues. Coordinate with technical teams to escalate issues requiring further assistance. Maintain records of reported issues, resolutions, and support activities. Communicate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.

Comfortable working in a flexible schedule aligned with project support requirements. Ensure a professional and customer-focused approach when handling support requests. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, IT, or a related field. 2–3 years of experience in customer support, technical support, helpdesk, or a related role.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Positive attitude with a customer-oriented mindset. Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills. Ability to handle queries professionally and remain composed under pressure. Ability to learn new systems and processes quickly.
