Requirements

Minimum of 6 months of relevant work experience in a customer-facing role. Demonstrated orientation towards sales and a proactive approach to meeting targets. Proven ability to handle customer queries efficiently and effectively. Strong foundation in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) principles. Excellent verbal communication skills with fluency in voice-based processes.
