We move a consistent volume of freight with regional, mid-range, and longer-haul lane options available depending on your preference. Sample Lanes (network includes but is not limited to) Memphis, TN → Palmetto, GA Memphis, TN → Knoxville, TN Memphis, TN → Kansas City, MO Memphis, TN → Carolinas markets What We Offer Dedicated freight moving on company trailers — not solely reliant on spot market A dedicated owner operator dispatcher focused on securing consistent return freight, reducing deadhead miles Stable, consistent freight instead of chasing daily spot-market loads No trailer rental fees No administrative fees Compensation Solo drivers: $6,000–$9,000/week gross Team drivers: $12,000–$15,000/week gross Company percentage: 15% of gross revenue Typical deductions: IFTA, plates/permitting, applicable compliance expenses Qualifications: Requirements Owner operator with own truck Willing to run within AJG Transport's freight network
