What we are looking for

We are seeking an experienced SAP S/4 HANA PP (Production Planning) Functional Consultant to join our team in Manila. This role focuses on SAP S/4 HANA Public Cloud and requires expertise in production planning processes to support our clients in achieving operational excellence. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design, configure, and deploy SAP S/4 HANA PP solutions, ensuring alignment with business requirements.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements for production planning. Configure and implement SAP S/4 HANA PP modules in a Public Cloud environment to meet client needs. Conduct gap analysis and recommend solutions to align business processes with system capabilities. Develop and execute test scripts, perform unit testing, and support user acceptance testing (UAT).

Provide functional expertise during system integration and data migration activities. Deliver end-user training and create detailed documentation, including process flows and user guides. Support post-go-live activities, including troubleshooting, issue resolution, and continuous process improvement. Ensure compliance with SAP best practices and Public Cloud standards.

Coordinate with other SAP module consultants to deliver integrated solutions across the enterprise. Qualification and Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or a related field. SAP Certification in S/4 HANA PP or related modules. 3+ years of experience as an SAP PP Functional Consultant, with at least 1 full-cycle SAP S/4 HANA implementation in a Public Cloud environment.

In-depth knowledge of SAP S/4 HANA PP processes, including production planning, demand management, capacity planning, material requirements planning (MRP), and shop floor control. Strong understanding of integration points with SAP MM, SD, and FICO modules. Experience with SAP Best Practices, Activate Methodology, and Fiori applications.

Familiarity with Public Cloud-specific functionalities and constraints. Proven ability to configure SAP PP in line with business requirements. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and cross-functional teams. Willingness to work on-site in Makati, Manila, 3 days per week.
