Director, Workplace & Corporate Real Estate

The Director, Workplace & Corporate Real Estate is responsible for leading the company's facilities and corporate real estate strategy across headquarters and a growing portfolio of remote offices. The role oversees facilities operations, real estate partnerships, vendor performance, lease administration, capital projects, and workplace planning to ensure office environments effectively support business operations, employee experience, and long-term growth.

It will provide strategic oversight of the company's facilities portfolio and lead day-to-day facilities operations with the Facilities Manager. The role serves as the relationship manager with CBRE, Goldenrod, and other national providers, ensuring vendor accountability, cost optimization, and service delivery across all locations.
