CDJR (Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram) dealership experience is a major plus. The ideal candidate understands dealership service operations, can motivate service personnel, and is committed to delivering an outstanding customer experience while driving department performance.

Key Responsibilities

Lead, manage, and develop the service department team. Deliver exceptional customer service and build long-term customer relationships. Oversee daily service department operations to ensure efficiency and productivity. Monitor department performance, profitability, and customer satisfaction. Maintain high standards for service quality and customer communication.

Develop and implement processes to improve workflow and overall department performance. Resolve customer concerns professionally and promptly. Foster a positive, accountable, and team-oriented work environment.

Qualifications

Previous experience managing an automotive dealership service department. Strong leadership, team-building, and management skills. Excellent customer service and communication abilities. Ability to drive performance, productivity, and profitability. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills. CDJR dealership experience is a major plus.
