We're a high-volume Honda dealership experiencing continued growth, with customer opportunities through our Costco Auto Program and True. Car partnerships. We're looking for an automotive sales professional who knows how to respond quickly to leads, build customer relationships, set appointments, follow up consistently, and turn opportunities into sold vehicles.

COMPENSATION

& EARNING POTENTIAL Expected Earnings: $5,500–$7,700+ Per Month Base hourly pay: $16–$18 per hour 5% commission on backend products Volume bonuses Gross bonuses Monthly performance bonuses Weekend bonuses Additional performance incentives Total compensation includes hourly pay, commissions, bonuses, and incentives. Actual earnings depend on individual performance and applicable pay-plan terms.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Respond promptly to incoming internet and e-commerce leads Contact customers by phone, text, and email Build rapport, identify customer needs, and present suitable vehicle options Set qualified appointments and improve appointment show rates Follow up with unsold prospects and customers planning future purchases Maintain accurate CRM records and follow-up schedules Present vehicles, explain features and technology, and conduct test drives Assist customers throughout the vehicle purchase process Stay current on inventory, pricing, incentives, and promotions Identify additional sales opportunities and work toward monthly goals Complete required dealership and Honda training Deliver a professional, customer-focused buying experience WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR 2+ years of automotive dealership sales experience required Internet or e-commerce sales experience preferred Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals Strong phone, text, and email communication skills Consistent follow-up and appointment-setting skills Confidence presenting vehicles, handling objections, and closing sales Comfortable using CRM systems and dealership technology Self-motivated, competitive, and goal-oriented Professional communication and customer service skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment Positive attitude and commitment to teamwork WHY AIRPORT MARINA HONDA?
