Senior Manager - Project Management / Transitions (MOA Pasay) | Onsite

Work Setup: Onsite (MOA Pasay) Qualifications: Education: Finished at least a bachelor's degree (in any stream) Work Experience: At least 10 years of BPO experience with at least 3 years in BPO Transitions and Program Management Responsibilities: Execute transition of processes with end-to-end accountability It will be required to work closely with the clients on onsite projects Provide ground level assessment and recommendations on processes with respect to process re-engineering and offshoring feasibility.
