Company Name: Tri-Pack Films Limited Reporting to: AM/ Shift Incharge U&M Location: Port Qasim Plant, Karachi Contract Type: Permanent Key Responsibilities:

1. Conducting routine maintenance on Plant HVAC systems

• Chillers, AHUs, Compressors, Ventilation Fans, etc.

1. Diagnosing, repairing & troubleshooting malfunctioning of HVAC equipment.
2. Performing maintenance work of refrigeration circuits, piping of Split ACs, Packaged Units, DX Units, Polycold & Negative chillers, etc.
3. Able to perform brazing, welding, insulation, & gas charging etc. for refrigeration system.
4. Deliver possible solutions to the problems related to air-conditioning systems.
5. Work independently or in a team to execute ambitious jobs.
6. Keep accurate records and documentation of completed jobs in an appropriate manner.
7. Any other task as assigned by the supervisor/HOD from time to time. Preferred Knowldge, Skills & Behaviors
8. DAE Mechanical, Knowledge of safety procedures.
9. Minimum 04 years of experience working as a site Mechanical Technician, with experience in HVAC.
