Performance Marketing Intern

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and analytical Performance Marketing Intern to join our team and support paid marketing campaigns across digital platforms. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in customer acquisition, campaign optimization, app marketing, and data-driven marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in setting up, monitoring, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other digital platforms. Track key performance metrics such as CPI, CPA, CTR, and ROAS to evaluate campaign effectiveness. Support app marketing initiatives focused on driving app installs across iOS and Android.

Assist with audience research, keyword research, and competitor analysis. Coordinate with the creative team to develop engaging ad creatives, copies, and landing pages. Support A/B testing of ad creatives, audiences, and campaign strategies to improve performance. Help prepare weekly and monthly campaign performance reports and identify areas for improvement.

Collaborate with the BI team to understand campaign data and derive actionable insights. Stay updated on digital marketing trends, advertising platform updates, and industry best practices.

Required Skills

& Qualifications Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Basic understanding of digital marketing and performance marketing concepts. Familiarity with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and Google Analytics is a plus. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an interest in data-driven marketing.

Basic knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets for data tracking and reporting. Good communication skills and attention to detail. Willingness to learn, take ownership of tasks, and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Interest in mobile app marketing and customer acquisition is an added advantage.
