Your Tasks: Execution of IT vendor management and monitoring of service level agreements Participation in internal and external IT audits Monitoring compliance requirements and initiating adjustments Relationship management with regional IT Support in preparing decision templates and approval documents as well as creating IT reports Appropriate governance of departmental IT systems Technical owner for departmental IT systems and involvement as a business owner for cross-departmental systems Your Profile: Successfully completed studies in Business Administration, Business Informatics, or a comparable field 3-5 years of professional experience in the IT sector, ideally in a bank or leasing company Good knowledge of regulatory requirements in the banking environment Continuous goal orientation, attention to detail, and organizational skills High social competence and strong communication skills Very good knowledge of standard IT systems as well as knowledge of cloud applications and architectures Fluent German and English skills, both written and spoken
