Expert Procurement

Your Tasks: Support the Purchasing & Organization department in the cost- and process-optimized procurement of products and services Conducting requests for proposals, market analyses, and supplier evaluations to optimize costs, quality, and processes Preparing for, facilitating, and following up on supplier meetings, as well as providing support during contract negotiations Maintaining purchasing terms, supplier master data, and invoices in the purchasing system Contributing to the development and implementation of procurement strategies as well as Toyota Kreditbank’s purchasing strategy Supporting facilities management and working closely with internal departments, Legal & Compliance, and other relevant units Your Profile: A successfully completed degree in business administration or a business apprenticeship with relevant professional experience in purchasing Ideally, at least two years of professional experience in purchasing, as well as industry knowledge in the banking, leasing, or mobility sectors Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and a strong understanding of operational processes An independent, structured, and goal-oriented work style with a high degree of personal responsibility Strong communication and teamwork skills, a commitment to the job, and negotiation skills Fluency in spoken and written German and English
