Working Student Dunning & Recovery

Your Tasks: Support of operational receivables management covering dunning, contract termination, collections and insolvency cases Communication with customers, collection agencies, lawyers, authorities and credit agencies Handling of incoming emails, calls and other operational requests Preparation and provision of relevant documentation for external service providers Monitoring of open cases as well as collection and assessment of credit-related information Contribution to process improvements, software implementations, system testing and related documentation Your profile: Ongoing university studies, ideally in business administration, law or a comparable field Interest in receivables management, financial services, digital processes and automation IT affinity and willingness to quickly familiarize yourself with different application systems Communication skills, service orientation and confidence when interacting with internal and external contacts Self-organization, teamwork, resilience and a reliable working style Very good German and good written and spoken English skills
