One of Dublin's most iconic bars, Bruxelle's , is seeking an Experienced Day-time Manager to join their busy, friendly team working five morning shifts per week. This is an exciting opportunity for a hospitality professional who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service while supporting day-to-day operations and the rest of the team.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have 5+ years experience in a supervisory or management role within the Irish hospitality industry in a traditional pub setting Strong leadership and team management skills A hands on approach with the ability to work effectively in a busy service environment Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Oversee the daily operation of a high volume city centre pub Ensure consistently high standards of customer service are delivered at all times Assist with staff training, development and performance management while creating a positive team culture Ensure all health, safety, hygiene and licensing regulations are fully adhered to Support the delivery of sales targets, cost controls and overall business performance
