Credit & Collections Manager

The Credit & Collections Manager is responsible for leading all accounts receivable, credit, collections, cash application, and customer deduction activities across the business unit. The role oversees customer credit risk management, collection strategy, working capital performance, process standardization, internal controls, and leadership of personnel across multiple operating environments.

This position partners closely with Sales, Customer Care, Operations, Treasury, Finance, and executive leadership to support profitable growth while minimizing bad debt exposure and optimizing cash flow.
